We have members from as far South as San Diego and as far North as Fresno, California.  We meet every even-numbered month, usually in member’s homes, but sometimes at places of interest in the area.

We invite anyone who is interested in Automatic Musical Instruments to join us.  Meet people who share your interest, learn about different

Instruments, and have a rewarding experience.

Our dues are $10 per year, which pays for preparing and mailing of

the  newsletter and funds other activities and donations.

If you wish to join our local chapter, you must first become a member of AMICA International.  Visit the AMICA.ORG website to find the membership information.

Our chapter hosted the 2008 Annual Convention in Woodland Hills in July, which was a large undertaking, but turned out great.  Our annual Convention is a wonderful place to meet other collectors from all over the world, see the area of the country in which the Convention is held, attend educational workshops and a mart, and have a great time.

We have organ rallies usually three times a year, when we bring out our fairground, band and monkey organs, a player piano, and sometimes music boxes to entertain the public and educate them about our instruments, hobby, and AMICA.
